I'm from TX, & I resent the fact that for me to come in & get a car wash U charge me, in TX If U buy a car from the dealership U can go in anytime & get a free car wash , which while they are there waiting for their car to get finished the customers can be looking at new cars etc, it gets them in the dealership & it's a great coming back to buy another car benefit......thanks Jorie

It is a long story but a WARNING to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle from Walla Walla Nissan!
In February of this year, someone backed into my car and totaled it. This led to being without my own vehicle and having to car shop with a moderate urgency.
I went to Walla Walla Nissan where their salesman, not only sold the car I had on hold from underneath me, selling it the night before I showed up for an appointment to view said car, but lied about the condition of the car I signed for.

I don't think I would ever buy another car from this dealer. Would not recommend it to others. The price was fair. Staff did the bare minimum for the customer. Shorted us a key fob which cost me 500.00. Promised to send link for vehicle manual. Did not. Cost me 65.00 to purchase. The staff was not concerned about our needs. The vehicle also had washer fluid defect. Car is currently in a shop for warranty work. Need I go on.
Jose is excellent and always accommodating. Exceedingly polite, and always goes above and beyond with his customer service. Top tier, which is rare these days.
Monica and Eric were extremely patient and personable. My husband and I really appreciated Monica's low pressure, friendly and genuine service. We also felt at ease with Eric, he had a lot of knowledge and did everything he could to work with us to make sure we left happy.
Very helpful especially understanding the type of vehicle needed. Not high pressure and helped alot with the electronics as we are older and tech challenged. I did not see Monica's name, but she was wonderful and very patient, with all my questions.

Jose was amazing! I told him my concerns and he got me in and out within 2.5 hours which is unheard of for a dealership. the pricing was very reasonable and he moved with extreme integrity. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone as he is great at what he does. My only recommendation would be for the customer service waiting area to add snacks and offer bottled beverages along with coffee as its bare. There was only chairs and a television that wasn't on at 11:30 am. I was not offered any refreshments during my wait time.

The dealer ship replace everything that I was concerned about the rotor had a factory default and they even replaced those. Out standing of them to do necessary work. Not more brake noise!

I do feel like we were probably taken advantage of, as the purchase options that were presented to us kind of forced us into a warranty and gap insurance policy that ended up costing us a lot of money - felt like they were trying to max out our payment based on what we said we could afford. I was bringing someone else's care in who needed a little help getting back on their feet. I did some work on the car but needed the work I did programmed into the computer. Chevrolet of Walla Walla gave me a huge discount on the programming as a community service. They were great to work with!

Nissan Walla Walla did a thorough analysis, kept me informed timely, Graciously gave me an estimate of parts and labor. I was given a ride while waiting, offered to pick me up afterwards. I gave these guys a 5 out of 5. One advice: As soon as a customer enters the service office, drop whatever, look him in his eyes and smile: “May I help you?”

They take financial information and cobe called my son in law who is not on my reference list and shared private information! Management did nothing. I wanted to trade and spike to misty about it and she was going to call me back and NEVER DID!

Had to wait 2 weeks to get in to service my car. It got to the point where my car would shut off while driving so it was frustrating to wait so long and even when I had an appointment it took all day. We were contacted to say it would be the next day but then received a call back that it was finished, so it just seemed disorganized.
They went above and beyond to help me. I think her name was June, she was amazing.
