I needed a truck, so I visited the dealerships in my town and looked online at a whole bunch of others up and down the corridor and this bunch had the best-looking truck at a good price. I think they detail all their vehicles because the truck I bought looked brand-new except for the standard few little rock dings on the front. We worked with Jose and Jamal, both great guys. Had to come in 3 different time because the wrong part was ordered, was damaged, or it didn’t work. In order to try to make up for it they offered a free wash, so I said sure why not. When I got it back they missed spots everywhere and my dark blue paint had scratches everywhere. Do not recommend Chevrolet of Walla Walla for anything.

Service after the sale is very lacking in terms if follow up and communication. The passenger side mirror replacement is on order. I was told it would take 10 days to get. Did not hear after 10 days. Had to call to get status at about 12 days after order. Last Saturday Jose informed me the service department was closed and he committed toget back to me Monday, 1/20. It's end of the day Tuesday, 1/21 and I have not heard back from Walla Walla Chevrolet. Very disappointing. Looks like I will again have to call them to get updates and status.

Service people were nice. The car however is not fixed. My check engine light just came on and it hasn't even been 2 days since I picked up my car. They said they topped it off with gas and it had less than what I came in with. I called now five times tonight to get a response with no answer and no voicemail box to leave. Very disappointed by the quality of work on my car.
