Dealership and staff itself, great. Nissan financing itself despicable. Was told the following day after completing all paperwork, deposits etc that Nissan never accepted the paperwork. (More like someone chose not to do their job on a holiday) Told that my labor day deals were no longer applicable and that I would had no choice but switch to an entirely new lender of course with a much higher rate. My electric car would d not charge and needed a 3am tow. The next morning they were on the phone with me and mapping out diagnosis. It was more than just a charge and they set up time lines, followed them and kept me Informed and solved another problem. If any Chevy or Nissan product needs servicing I would recommend them because of the communication.
She was great. She took my keys, and told me the car would be done as soon as possible with a complimentary wash. That was awesome!

I went in for a oil change. It took just over an hour and they washed and vacuumed my car. I was happy about that. They also explained everything that they did and explained what needs to be done later. Very happy for the information so I can keep my car running for a long time. Really like this place and will continue to bring my car here.

Miguel was very good. Not pushy, but had all the answers to questions and was very respectful. I do not like the fact the dealership automatically adds on items that run up prices, then you can’t get out of. Paying for like Nitrogen in the tires!! Come on, that is petty money grab! Detail department could do a better job also, had to completely clean the car again, small thing, but when you pay $27,000 for a vehicle it should be cleaned properly in my opinion.

I bought a used Toyota Highlander from the Nissan dealership in Walla Walla. I went through Stone Platenberg and it was a really good experience. I got the car that I wanted for a very fair price and when I had an issue with the passenger side window, they were quick to get me in, to have it serviced. Stone was super friendly and would 💯 use him again to purchase a car!
